Chicory Root a Healthy Alt to Coffee

Chicory Root can be a way to get off caffeine. Ditch the coffee try chicory root.

Need cream and sugar: nut milk and honey
Oat milk taste betters but it has grains... not the worst option when compared to dairy. Almond, pecan , walnut & hazelnut are good alternatives.
Honey no artificial flavors and provides the sweetness.

Herbal teas can provide nutrition and are caffeine free. When trying to make the change from coffee to herbal tea, this can be a good alternative since it does have a comparable taste to coffee.

Not all teas are created equal. Decaffeinated is the process of taking caffeine out and making it decaffeinated. The process does not make it truly caffeine free.

Why should I not drink coffee?

We have all read the stuff that is out there that coffee is good, have a cup before workouts and can't get through the morning without it.

Thinking of an electric shock well I needed it to jump start my day- you wouldn't do it. Coffee is shocking the central nervous system.
I understand that working late at night to finish deadlines, roadtrips, etc. occur in life that can't be avoided sometimes but don't make this a habit. It impacts your health.

Are you restless, anxious, doubtful?
Caffeine is habit forming and may make you restless, impacts sleep, makes you anxious, impacts psychology, etc. (I can do this with coffee...I can do this)

What does caffeine do to you?
Stimulates the central nervous system

Chiocory root is native to France. It has a rich and bitter flavorful taste. While it not a magic pill, it is a step in the right direction.

Add garlic easy use the press

A garlic press is a great investment. Get the garlic press and add garlic to your oil to complement your veggies and easier than mincing for your meals.
Garlic has many trace nutrients and what you do consistently adds up. The garlic press makes it easy to add to your meals. A good way to eat veggies consistently is to pair it with something and many times everyone chooses veggie dip which is packed full of ingredients that sabotage your health.
Remember eating is nutritional and not psychological of how you feel. I understand taste is important so pair it with your voice of oil: avocado, coconut, olive, etc. you can adjust the amount of garlic you put in it to taste.
Still digging your heals in and with a Hmong saying you don’t like it. Garlic is used in many dishes that you may not even know it’s there.
Consider it or just add the oil. Please skip the veggie dip.

Add lemon

Recently I added 1 freshly squeezed lemon to my homemade mayo. This also serves as the base for my ranch dressing (husband approved 😋 ). It’s delicious and adds that something extra you can’t get enough of…
Ingredients
1 cup avocado oil
3 tsp (or tbsp) of apple cider vinegar
1 pasture raised egg
Salt
1 freshly squeezed lemon

VENISON…it’s good 😋

Yes, it is deer and yes, it is good.
It is more lean than beef so you don’t have to look at the portions (93% lean 7% fat, 80% lean 20% fat, etc.)
Packed with protein
Add artichokes and green beans ( or your choice of vegetables)
Easy, healthy, no sugar meal and it is filling (eating for nutrition not for psychology)
